Subject to statutory liability obligations, in particular in cases of intent and gross negligence, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content on our digital services. However, they have been created with the greatest possible care. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 DDG and the general laws. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information. Liability is only possible from the time we become aware of a legal violation.
